The cozy, separate rooms lent a unique charm, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well-rested I felt, sleeping in until 9 AM, which is rare for me while traveling.

Thoroughly enjoyed the price of our queen room with 3 beds and its essentials. The location was stunning down a hill and the staff here was very friendly.

Everything there was good and the staff were nice and pleasant. The room was extremely spacious and perfect, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location offered was great and stunning just next door to stores, restaurant, and highway, the store and all attractions and restaurants.

A quick jaunt from the hotel is Dunkin' for that essential caffeine fix, and the options don't stop there! Bob Evans and Fuji Grill are must-tries for their hearty meals. Plus, it's only 12 miles from the falls-talk about a great sightseeing pit stop!

Now, let's talk the down low, the room was filthy, with ceilings and floors in disarray.

The King Room I booked was spacious, organized, and had a great sitting area. I loved being just a short drive away from the amazing views.

Although it's not the most luxe hotel we have ever slept in, it was very clean. Free parking place in front of the rooms. We just came to see the Niagra falls, we were not looking for fancy hotels. But it suits just fine for what we were looking for. Most importantly: the rooms were clean, the airco was working, and we had free parking for our car, people were nice. So for me it was a pleasant stay.

The overall state of repair needs attention!!! Foul odors permeate the rooms!!! Several areas show significant signs of neglect, including stains on curtains and issues with window integrity!!!

The location of red carpet is great, just a short drive to the falls. The staff at the front desk were cute. There are delicious local dining options nearby, like bob evans for some hearty meals.

The best thing was the unique (to me) layout of the double rooms -they were a kind of "Z" shape -not 2 beds side by side! Offers way more privacy for couples sharing a room or parents with kids. Too bad they havent upgraded to 60" queen sized beds though - who still uses skinny 54" full size beds these days? The location was handy to the outlet mall.

The place could use a few gallons of paint, some new beds & furniture, new black-out drapes & new carpet in the rooms. Even if they would shampoo the carpet once a week/month it might prevent a persons feet from turning black after walking barefoot in the room for 15mins! The sheets barely fit the skinny beds and are very thin & worn. New thicker pillows would be nice as well.

I checked into a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for 3 nights. The price was great compared to nearby hotels, a nice surprise. The management greeted me warmly even during a late check-in at 11:15 PM. My room had a cozy sitting area. I loved the tv and air conditioning. Despite my enthusiasm, the cleanliness left much to be desired. I found dusty corners and some stains on the bedding. The towels were limited. We only had two, and they weren't replaced . While the location was convenient, just a short drive to Niagara Falls and nearby eateries like Bob Evans, the overall maintenance of the facility felt lacking.
